Recurring home cleaning

The core service. The same checklist, the same standard, on a schedule you can plan your week around. Bi-weekly is our benchmark price; weekly saves 10%, monthly runs 15% more per visit.

One formula. Everyone pays the same way.

No in-home sales visit, no negotiated rates. Your price starts from your bedroom count, then adds for bathrooms, square footage and pets. The rates below are the full first visit price. Recurring plans take 43.75% off weekly, 37.5% off every two weeks and 31.25% off every four weeks, starting on visit two.

Minimum service is $139 per visit. Extras are never discounted.

Example: a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,700 sq ft home is $304 for the first visit (The Reset) and $210 per visit every other week after that. New clients can take 25% off that first clean with a new-client code.
