Do you clean occupied homes before photos?
Yes. Listing prep works for occupied homes too — we focus on the rooms and surfaces that will be photographed and shown.
Can you bill the title company at closing?
We invoice the party you designate — seller, buyer, brokerage or title company. Established partners get Net-15 terms.
Do you handle post-construction or post-renovation dust?
No. Post-renovation dust-out needs specialized equipment and air filtration, so we leave it to restoration crews. We're happy to come in for the final detail clean once that work is done.
