Incline Clean Co. is an owner-operated residential and commercial cleaning company based in Bradfordwoods, PA, serving Pittsburgh's North Hills. We run on published formula pricing and instant online booking, not phone tag and in-home sales visits, and every cleaner on our crews is a background checked W-2 employee.
Why we started this
Why we started this
The cleaning market in the North Hills mostly runs the same way: you call, you wait for a callback, someone comes out for a walkthrough, and a few days later a quote shows up in your inbox. It works, but it's slow, and it's hard to tell if the price you got is the price your neighbor got.
We built Incline Clean Co. around the opposite of that. One published pricing formula that applies to everyone, an instant online quote you can book in minutes, and W-2 crews instead of subcontractors pulled from an app. It's a newer, owner-operated company, and we'd rather be straightforward about that than pretend otherwise.
The owner
Luke Mawhinney
Luke Mawhinney owns Incline Clean Co. and is based in the North Hills. He also runs two other North Hills small businesses: Exposure It, a real estate media company (exposureit.com), and Stackhouse Totes, a moving tote rental company (stackhousetotes.com).
That's also where Incline Clean's focus on the real estate and move-out side of cleaning comes from. Between real estate media, moving logistics and now cleaning, the three businesses run into the same homeowners at the same points in a move.

Every visit runs off the same published checklist, not a cleaner's memory or mood. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces each have their own list.
The lead cleaner owns the standard
Each crew has a lead cleaner responsible for the final walkthrough. New hires train under a lead before they ever run a home without one.
A photo report after every visit
You get photos of the finished job, not just a text saying it's done. It keeps everyone, including us, honest about what happened in your home.
24 hour re-clean guarantee
If a visit misses the mark, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge.

Lead cleaners start at $25 per hour, not a per-house piece rate that rewards rushing.

Time and miles between homes are paid, not absorbed by the cleaner.

Every cleaner is an employee we background check and train, not a rotating contractor from an app.
Lead cleaners are paid $25/hr with paid drive time and mileage reimbursed. That's a direct investment in the people who are in your home, and it's part of why the standard holds visit after visit.
