One published formula: a base rate by bedroom count, plus adders for bathrooms and square footage, plus a pet surcharge if applicable, then adjusted by how often you have us out. Deep clean resets and move-in/move-out cleans apply a multiplier on top. Everyone with the same home gets the same number.
Yes. As long as the details you enter match the home, the quote is what you pay. If we arrive and the home is materially different — extra bathrooms, double the square footage, a level of buildup that needs a reset — we call you with an updated number before we start, never after.
No. Recurring plans are month to month, and the discount applies from your very first visit. Pause or cancel any time with 48 hours' notice.
We charge the card on file after the clean is complete and you have had a chance to look it over. No deposits for standard residential visits.
If the home hasn't had professional cleaning in a while, the first visit is usually booked as a deep clean reset so the maintenance visits afterward stay on schedule and on price. The quote tool prices that reset for you.
Never expected. Our cleaners are employees earning a living wage, not tip-dependent contractors. If a team knocked it out of the park, a tip or a review both mean a lot.
Recurring clients hold a standing slot. New one-time cleans are typically available within the week, and move-out cleans can often be squeezed in sooner — call us if you're on a closing deadline.
You get a three-hour arrival window, plus a text when the team is on the way. No all-day waiting.
Most clients aren't. Lockbox, keypad, garage code or a hidden key all work — access details are stored securely and shared only with your assigned team.
Free rescheduling up to 48 hours before your visit. Inside 48 hours we ask for 50% of the visit total, since your cleaners' day is already blocked for you.
That's the goal, and it's how we schedule by default. Vacations and illness happen, but a familiar lead is on your home whenever we can arrange it.
Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces and floors on a fixed room-by-room checklist — surfaces, fixtures, mirrors, exteriors of appliances, trash, vacuuming and mopping. The full checklist is published on our services page so nothing is left to interpretation.
A standard clean maintains an already-clean home. A reset goes after built-up grime: baseboards, door frames, vents, cabinet fronts, appliance interiors on request, and detailed edge work in bathrooms and kitchens. It takes longer, so it prices higher.
Exterior windows, carpet shampooing, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, heavy clutter removal, and post-renovation dust-out. That last one needs specialized equipment and air filtration — we'll happily do the final detail clean once a restoration crew has finished.
Yes — equipment, cloths and products all come with us. If you'd prefer we use products you own on a specific surface, leave them out with a note and we will.
We load and start a dishwasher and can wipe down the sink area. Folding laundry and hand-washing large loads of dishes aren't part of a standard visit, but ask and we'll see if it fits your scope.
We use low-odor, family-safe products for everyday surfaces and reserve stronger disinfectants for bathrooms and kitchen sanitizing. Tell us about sensitivities or allergies and we'll adjust the kit for your home.
Pet hair and dander add real time to vacuuming, edging and dusting. The surcharge is a small percentage of the base, with a modest minimum, so it stays proportional to the home.
Not unless they're anxious around strangers or vacuums. Just let us know what to expect — and whether doors need to stay closed.
Tell us right away. We're insured and bonded, and we'd rather make it right quickly than argue about it. Fragile heirlooms and unstable items are the one thing we ask you to point out in advance.
Employees — background-checked, trained on our checklist, and covered by our insurance. No marketplace contractors rotating through your home.
If something on the checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we come back and fix it at no charge. No forms, no negotiating.
Yes — general liability coverage and bonding on every visit. Property managers and brokerages can request a certificate of insurance.
